SA Consulting was established in 2005 with the aim to specialise in Industrial Relations and Labour Law matters. SA Consulting over the years have handled literally thousands of disciplinary enquiries and labour disputes. We have also successfully assisted our clients in arbitration proceedings and Labour Court litigation with a high success rate. Our focus is to be involved from the inception of your employees at the workplace by drafting employment contracts, policies, disciplinary codes and union negotiations up and until the employment relationship comes to an end. Individual Labour Law

Individual Labour Law is a branch of law that deals with the relationship between the employer and employee, without involvement of trade unions. Any agreement which deals between employer and individual employee (which does not involve a union) comes under Individual Labour Law.

Among the thousands of laws that control our day to day life, labour laws are one of the most important ones. Labour Laws mainly governs the relationship between working people and their employers or organizations. Their aim is to deal with the conflicts and protect the relationship between employers and employees.
